Hetz is a nonprofit that connects world leaders, policy makers and change-makers to influence the world for good and to advance Israel's national security interests. Since 2018, Hetz has driven positive policy outcomes across five continents through its international network of connections.

Chairwomen of the Board
Sima is an expert on strategic planning and served as the Director General of Israel‘s Ministry of Strategic Affairs, as well as the IDF Chief Censor.
Eran Teboul
CEO & Co-Founder
Eran is an expert on national security and forming global partnerships. He has a background in financial management and holds a B.A in Management, M.A. in Public Administration and is undergoing a Ph.D. in Political Sciences.
Yifa Segal, Esq.
Managing Director
Yifa is an expert in international law and international relations. She established and led several initiatives, among them The International Legal Forum. She is the former Chief of Staff to Israel’s Ambassador to the United States.
Avi Mishael
Director of Security Partnerships
Avi is a former senior official in the Israeli intelligence and security community. With over two decades of experience, Avi's skill set combines operational and executive abilities both at the regional and international level.
Lisa Sela
Executive Assistant
Lisa is an experienced project manager and executive assistant. She holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy.

Sam was the founding Chairman of Hetz. His passion for people and love for Israel knew no limit. A Rabbi, businessman, Karate master or a cyclist - he's done it all. On June 28, 2022 Sam passed away unexpectedly. His spirit carries on.
